Your Mission:
Create meaningful integrated partnerships driving revenue growth and impact with top brands and ad agencies while serving as a trusted counsel on branded content, social media and measurement. You will have the opportunity to learn and collaborate with industry leaders with immediate impact.


  • Create a pipeline of prospects based across the UK/EMEA with brands direct and agency teams.
  • Meet with F500 brands top holding co. agencies to better understand their influencer and branded content and measurement needs.
  • Achieve significant new business targets and account growth
  • Sign and deliver contracts/IOs while increasing frequency and value month over month
  • Develop long term and meaningful relationships with senior level brand marketers and top agencies
  • Prospect and meet with top tier brands and agencies to showcase how Captiv8’ s platform could help drive and measure business impact


  • You thrive in an innovative, fast past environment, eager to grow revenues in an exponential manner each year, delivering consistently on aggressive revenue targets
  • You LOVE advertising, social data, influencer campaigns and measurement!
  • Hunter and curious by nature who prospects with a custom, solutions-oriented approach focused on client’s initiatives and metrics for success
  • You represent solutions you are passionate about, and serve as a Trusted Advisor to top brand marketers and ad agencies
  • Strong brand and agency relationships with extensive experience selling branded content/Influencer driven campaigns
  • Proven track record opening doors across brands and agency contacts at all levels
  • 5 plus years selling in digital, ad tech, martech, branded content and social/influencer marketing programs
  • BS degree
