Are you driven to shape the future of cybersecurity ?

We are recruiting for a Field Service Coordinator to manage field events to conclusion within defined SLA’s and according to company processes.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:

  • Coordinating resources, (vendor / stakeholders).

  • Managing escalations, ensuring a satisfactory conclusion is achieved.

  • Assisting Field Engineers with technical queries, verifying appliances status after parts replacement.

  • Working with Supply Chain and Quality Departments on RMA units and coordinating shipment with partners.

  • Generating reports on departmental activities in accordance with process.

  • Maintaining detailed administrative record of workflow within systems provided.

  • Contributing to the development of systems and procedures by analysing operating practices.

  • Maintaining rapport with customers, managers, and colleagues.

  • Maintaining business data on customer by identifying and updating discrepancies throughout customer engagements.

  • Supporting the resolution of customer complaints by; determining the cause of the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

WE'D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • Fluent in English and either French, German or Spanish (desirable).

  • Field Services background.

  • Experienced in a customer facing role.

  • Experienced in Salesforce, Oracle, MS Office.

  • Working in busy, international environment.

  • Can deliver on short notice, a multitasker.

  • Experienced in Logistics.

  • Must be flexible – working weekends every 6 weeks and selected public holidays.

In-Office Expectations

Cohesity employees who are within a reasonable commute (e.g. within a forty-five (45) minute average travel time) work out of our core offices 2-3 days a week of their choosing.
