Cohesity is seeking an Enablement Specialist to help scale partner knowledge and engagement. This role plays a key part in delivering high-impact enablement programs that align with our go-to-market strategy. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams, distributors, partners, and field teams to execute high-value training initiatives. Success in this role requires expertise in learning design for technical sellers, content development, program management, and cross-functional collaboration
HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE
- Serve as the Lead Learning Consultant driving partner enablement strategy
- Deliver onboarding and ramping programs in partnership with Distributors and CDMs
- Lead development of eCourses and ILT content using Rise, PowerPoint, and our LMS
- Support and scale global Partner Program execution
- Contribute to the Partner Enablement Webinar Team
- Drive microlearning initiatives with subject matter experts
- Maintain and manage an internal CMS for Partner Enablement
- Oversee training logistics, ensuring smooth delivery and regional alignment
- Champion and evangelize Partner Enablement initiatives across the business
WE'D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
- 5+ years in partner enablement, field enablement, or channel training
- Experience in a channel-led company and understanding of the Partner Ecosystem
- Strong learning design skills focused on adult learners, particularly sellers in technical roles
- Proficient with Rise, PowerPoint, Docebo, and CMS tools (Allego a plus)
- Strong collaboration skills across global teams and time zones- You’re an excellent communicator
- Experience supporting or delivering live partner webinars and technical sessions
- A proactive, self-directed mindset with strong program management skills
- Familiarity with Cohesity’s domain: AI, cybersecurity, data protection, enterprise storage, backup and recovery, or hybrid cloud infrastructure
Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.
Pay Range :
The compensation noted above is based on an annualized hourly rate assuming normal full-time employment.

Cohesity employees who are within a reasonable commute (e.g. within a forty-five (45) minute average travel time) work out of our core offices 2-3 days a week of their choosing.
