The Senior Partner Programs Specialist will lead the development of strategic, integrated marketing plans to drive measurable partner engagement and pipeline growth. This role will spearhead agency selection and management, ensure high-quality deliverables, and oversee the marketing planning and activities calendar to maintain coordination across key partner initiatives. By collaborating closely with regional field marketing teams, the Senior Partner Programs Specialist will ensure the execution of high-impact programs designed to enhance partner engagement, accelerate the sales funnel, and deliver bottom-line results.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:

  • Integrated Marketing Planning: Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned with business objectives, partner priorities, and regional needs.

  • Agency Management: Lead agency selection, onboarding, and ongoing management to deliver impactful marketing assets and campaigns.

  • Calendar Ownership: Maintain and manage the global partner marketing planning and activities calendar, ensuring alignment across teams and initiatives.

  • Demand Generation: Design and launch demand and engagement programs focused on creating middle- and bottom-of-funnel acceleration for key partners.

  • Collaboration with Field Marketing: Partner with regional field marketing teams to support execution strategies tailored to local markets.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work with international stakeholders across regions to align programs with global objectives while addressing local nuances.

  • Pipeline Growth: Drive measurable pipeline creation and acceleration through innovative marketing strategies and tactics.

  • Metrics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the success of partner marketing programs, identifying areas for optimization.

WE'D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • Proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing plans, particularly within a partner or channel environment.

  • Strong background in demand generation and pipeline acceleration programs, with measurable results.

  • Ability to manage agency relationships and deliver high-quality outputs on time and within budget.

  • Exceptional collaboration skills, with experience working with international stakeholders and regional teams.

  • Analytical mindset with expertise in tracking program metrics and optimizing for performance.

  • Familiarity with modern marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, etc.).

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

WE ARE EXTRA EXCITED IF YOU HAVE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or a related role in the technology sector.

  • Familiarity with the data management or cloud infrastructure space is a plus.

  • Experience working in a global organization with cross-functional teams.

Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.

Pay Range :

$93,200.00-$116,500.00

The compensation noted above is based on an annualized hourly rate assuming normal full-time employment.
