The growth marketing team at Cohesity drives global demand for our AI-powered data security solutions. We’re a hands-on, fast-moving, growth-oriented, results-driven team of strategists and executors who bring global campaigns to life across channels, regions, and formats.
We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Campaign Specialist to help scale and execute international marketing campaigns. In this role, you’ll take global campaign materials that have been developed in English and collaborate cross-functionally to adapt, translate, and activate them across APJ, EMEA, and LATAM. You’ll serve as the connective tissue between core campaign strategy and in-region field marketing needs—ensuring timely execution, quality delivery, and measurable impact.
HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:
Manage the localization and translation of campaign materials (PDF assets, emails, web pages, display ads, nurture content, etc.) by partnering with creative services, marketing operations, web, and other collaborators
Collaborate closely with international field marketing teams to align on campaign priorities, provide status updates, and ensure materials meet local needs
Partner with social media and paid media teams to ensure translated campaign materials are activated across key channels globally
Maintain and update campaign resource libraries so field teams can easily access completed assets and understand how to deploy them
Track performance and provide feedback on how international campaigns are performing, identifying ways to improve execution or engagement
WE'D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
3+ years of experience executing B2B marketing campaigns, ideally in technology or cybersecurity
Strong project management and organizational skills — able to keep multiple workstreams moving forward across functions and regions
Excellent communication skills — especially working cross-functionally with creative, web, ops, and field marketing teams
Comfort working in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities
Knowledge of the full marketing funnel and how campaign assets support different stages of the buyer’s journey
WE ARE EXTRA EXCITED IF YOU HAVE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
Experience with campaign localization or translation workflows, including working with global stakeholders
Ability to synthesize campaign performance data and make actionable recommendations
Familiarity with translation platforms or managing vendor relationships for localization
Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft 365, Jira, Slack, Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, or similar platforms
