Cohesity is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager - Lead Management to join our growing marketing team. If you're passionate about building scalable processes for lead management and partnering cross-functionally to optimize performance - this is the role for you.
HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:
Lead Lifecycle Champion
Oversee the lead health lifecycle, from lead generation, nurturing and qualification to sales hand-off.
Work closely with marketing stakeholders to develop and implement lead generation strategies.
Build and refine scalable processes for lead management, implement and manage lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle stages in coordination with key stakeholders.
Develop and execute scalable processes that foster continuous improvement, identify inefficiencies, proactively identifying new strategies to improve lead flow and optimize performance.
Trouble shoot technical issues, proactively identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to keep marketing programs running smoothly.
Cross-functional alignment
Partner with key stakeholders to align on MQL/SQL definitions and drive cross-functional initiatives—from lead scoring models to advanced nurturing programs, lead handoff processes and lead reporting across systems.
Collaborate with Marketing, SDR, RevOps, Sales, and IT teams to ensure cross-functional alignment on processes, data integrity, analytics and system requirements.
Drive organizational change within marketing programs and the tech stack, effectively collaborating with stakeholders to ensure buy-in and adoption.
Enable marketing and sales teams with tools, reporting, and processes to manage prospect pipelines, track SLAs, and support processes that drive visibility and accountability.
Reporting & Analytics
Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to track funnel health, lead flow, conversion rates, attribution and ROI.
Dive deep into marketing and sales data to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that directly impact lead flow health, pipeline creation and acceleration.
Collaborate with demand generation managers to track, analyze, and optimize campaign effectiveness across channels.
Present complex analyses in a concise, relevant way to executive leadership, recommending tangible steps for improvement.
WE’D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Finance or related field.
3-5+ years of experience in demand generation, marketing operations or revenue operations, ideally in a B2B company.
2-3 years of hands-on experience with marketing automation systems such as Marketo, Hubspot, Eloqua or Pardot.
2-3 years of experience working within Salesforce.
Experience working with ISR/SDR teams on tele-qualification.
Experience developing content and implementing B2B email marketing and nurtures, SDR outreach sequences, outbound calling scripts.
Experience with 6sense, Demandbase, Segment, Outreach and LeanData is a plus.
Deep understanding of lead lifecycle management, MQL/SQL definitions, and pipeline attribution best practices.

Experience thinking through strategy as much as executing.

Cohesity employees who are within a reasonable commute (e.g. within a forty-five (45) minute average travel time) work out of our core offices 2-3 days a week of their choosing.
