  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Field Sales, Channel, and Customer Success teams to optimize outbound/inbound campaigns and territory coverage.

  • Use data to drive visibility, accountability, and performance across regions and teams, own reporting, forecasting, and business reviews for the inside sales function.

  • Champion the use of Salesforce, Outreach, Clari, and other sales technologies to drive productivity, automation, and insights.

  • Create a culture of learning, continuous feedback, and high performance through coaching, recognition, and data-driven enablement.

WE'D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • A strong data orientation: fluency in CRM analytics, pipeline coverage models, forecasting, and performance dashboards.

  • History of strong cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Field Sales, Enablement, Operations, and People teams.

  • High EQ leadership style with the ability to coach and mentor a distributed team of sales leaders.
