As an integral part of our global People Services team, you will provide comprehensive HR operational support across the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. You’ll act as the first point of contact for employees, supporting them with HR-related inquiries and ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and timely support across various HR systems like Workday and ServiceNow.
This is a global role, with a focus on the APJ region.
HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:
Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries and provide timely, accurate responses to employees across the APJ region.
Manage employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and promotions.
Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with local labour laws and company policies.
Handle statutory reporting and coordinate legally required activities applicable to the countries supported (e.g., Labour-Management Council or equivalent).
Maintain and update employee information in HR systems such as Workday and ServiceNow.
Support employees in understanding and enrolling in benefits programs and address related queries in collaboration with the Benefits team.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other departments to effectively implement HR initiatives.
WE’D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Shared Services; experience working in a global shared services environment is preferred.
Proficiency in HR systems such as Workday and ServiceNow.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders with a proactive and resourceful approach.
Fluency in English is required, and Fluency in Korean is preferred to support Korean-speaking employees and stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision-making.

In-Office Expectations
Cohesity employees who are within a reasonable commute (e.g. within a forty-five (45) minute average travel time) work out of our core offices 2-3 days a week of their choosing.
