We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Growth Engagement Team. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for graphic ideation and execution within multiple solution disciplines across our Home, Health and Wellness sectors. You will strategize, plan, and execute work to driving qualified leads for multiple brands. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams as a strategic and tactical resource, and collaborate with the EverCommerce Global Demand and Global Solution teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Driving the visual work to bring branding and messaging strategy to life.

• Campaign concepts, collateral, and layout.

• Content development for digital, OOH, trade shows, etc.

• Working with Junior Designers to maintain brand standards and execute on deadlines.

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:

• A portfolio showcasing effective and inspired designs for B2B companies/clients

• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing preferred

• 4-6 years of design, preferably in Healthcare or SaaS software and/or B2B market

• Proven accountability for lead generation, engagement, and funnel growth, and associated KPIs.

• Excellent data analysis skills and attention to detail

• Proven ability to successfully communicate across all levels of an organization both face-to-face and remotely

• Previous professional experience or advanced knowledge of wellness and fitness software industry is a bonus.

Where:

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation:

The target base compensation for this position is $68k to $75k USD per /year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
