We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our Global Solutions, EverConnect team. EverConnect develops highly targeted performance marketing campaigns that help businesses get the quality leads it needs to succeed. We specialize in home service lead generation, home improvement lead generation, and contractor lead generation, but our flexible tools can help any business to grow.
As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for executing integrated multi-channel campaigns with a focus on driving new business for a group of lead generation portfolio companies. You will report to the marketing lead, working closely with cross-functional teams within our solution groups as a tactical resource and assist in the execution of revenue-generating initiatives with our centralized global demand team.

You are excited about assisting in the planning and execution of marketing strategies that drive top of funnel performance for B2B software companies. You are comfortable working in a matrixed environment, proactively managing expectations, and executing a variety of deliverables. You are eager to learn, you thrive in fast-paced environments, and love the challenge of taking on something new.
Responsibilities:
Support and execute marketing campaigns that drive leads and revenue across multiple brands
Work on events/tradeshows and support on pre and post event marketing, and event logistics
Work on partner related projects to create marketing support materials and drive partner awareness and leads
Undertake research projects to understand opportunities in our market landscape
Submit ideas for experimental marketing programs designed to enhance and grow the brands
Analyze data to determine campaign and marketing spend efficiency
Support in creation of various marketing assets such as: blogs, email content, campaign creation, landing pages, and marketing automation workflows
Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to senior management team
Work with cross-functional central teams on design, content, and email marketing
Maintain awareness of best practice marketing techniques/tools to achieve successful campaigns and promotions
Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or related discipline or experience
1-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in SaaS software and/or B2B
Understanding of a broad range of marketing activities, disciplines, and tactics, such as content marketing, digital marketing, product marketing, campaign planning, etc.
Proven ability to think strategically, problem solve and confidently make decisions based on prior experience and situational awareness
Ability to work in a highly cross-functional environment with experience adapting to change due to the high growth of the business
Strong organizational and time-management skills for juggling numerous time-sensitive projects and tasks simultaneously and meeting deadlines within multiple timelines
Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environments
Outstanding communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Previous experience with Marketing Automation Platforms and Salesforce is considered an asset
Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation:
The target base compensation for this position is $50,000 to $60,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
