We are looking for an Account Executive to focus on our New Business Acquisition initiatives for Service Fusion.

Founded in 2014, Service Fusion, now an EverCommerce company, serves over 7,000 field service contractors in over 20 residential and commercial service verticals with mission-critical business management software. While the largest segments of the customer base are HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair contractors, our target customer is “anyone in a truck who comes to your home or business to perform a service.” Service Fusion allows such contractors to operate their business from anywhere with enterprise-level features at a small business price.

EverCommerce is bringing together best-of-breed commerce solutions in the service sector, forming one service commerce platform that improves go-to-market strategy for technology companies and simplifies the software-buying process for business owners. As a member of the Service Fusion New Business Acquisition team, you will empower our prospective clients to discover additional solutions that will help expand their Field Service Workflow efficiency initiatives. You will advocate the innovative power of our platform to make organizations more productive, profitable, efficient, and mobile. Your opportunity is to delight customers by doing what’s right for their business, to meet them where they are at in their workflow journey and to provide them with the best solutions within the Service Fusion portfolio for innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Close deals by qualifying opportunities quickly and build relationships

  • Organize and maintain a strong sales pipeline

  • Obtain and maintain all customer data in CRM

  • Deliver a compelling message that creates urgency for customers by using value-based solution selling.

  • Be conversant with all levels of buyers

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:

  • 2+ years of successful sales with proven quota attainment – a record of exceeding quota on a New Business Acquisition environment

  • High degree of confidence throughout the sales cycle

  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, high energy, and a “can do” attitude, balancing multiple tasks

  • Have the discipline and motivation to work independently

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience

  • Sales and lead development training is recommended

  • Knowledge of the Field Service Management market preferred

  • Working knowledge of CRM or Salesforce.com

Where:

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation:

The target base compensation for this position is $26.44 per hour or $55,000 per year + commission + benefits in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
