We are looking for a Manager, Charge Capture Onboarding to focus on our brand MDTech. MDTech is a mobile and web subscription-based healthcare software designed to provide an accurate and efficient mobile charge capture solution for physicians everywhere and streamline the revenue cycle for medical practices of all sizes.
MDTech, an Evercommerce company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to lead our Onboarding Project Management Team. As the manager of our onboarding team, you work in a hybrid capacity, leading the onboarding team while managing a portfolio of onboarding projects of your own. As manager, you play a critical role in ensuring the successful deployment of our products and services to clients. You will lead a dedicated team of Onboarding Project Managers (OPM), oversee project timelines and metrics, and collaborate with various departments to create and refine processes and workflows that will drive improvements for team and product delivery efficiency
In addition to the team management, this role is responsible for building relationships during the onboarding phase, consulting with our clients on system setup, configuration, and workflow optimization. Post go-live, this role is responsible for monitoring product adoption and satisfaction with a focus on ensuring optimal usage and high impact of our application in the client’s environment.
As a successful candidate, you have an innate motivation to lead and support others, coupled with experience supporting internal and external stakeholders and customers with a ‘service-first’ mentality. You are very detail oriented and love building processes and plans to ensure your team and customers are successful.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of onboarding project managers
Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Conduct regular performance reviews and assist in career development plans.
Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, from project kickoff to transition to support for multiple customers simultaneously
Develop and maintain project plans, artifacts, timelines, and resource allocation
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively address issues to ensure successful project completion.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding phase
Establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Comfortable providing video, audio, or occasionally in-person training, troubleshooting, or technical support of the product during the onboarding process and go-live
Conduct workflow consultations and build & customize the charge capture customer databases to meet the needs of the customer
Collaborate closely with Sales, Interface Development, and Support teams to ensure a seamless journey from sale to Go-Live
Communicate project status and updates to relevant stakeholders
Implement and refine best practices and standard operating processes to optimize onboarding, training, and adoption of the product
Gather feedback and insights from internal teams and clients to inform process improvement and understanding of customer needs
Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:
You've completed a four-year degree and/ or 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as onboarding project management, software implementation, customer service, or related field preferably in healthcare and/ or SaaS companies, Subject/major isn't as important as drive and desire to grow and learn.
You have proven experience in project management and team leadership.
You are a great communicator, and it shows through how you present yourself and in every aspect of your communication, whether a conversation, an email, or explaining something technical in an easy-to-understand manner.
You always think ahead and anticipate the needs and demands of our clients and our team, and you are energized by a fast-paced collaborative environment.

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

The target base compensation for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
