We are looking for an RCM Operations Analytics Manager to focus on our DrChrono’s Revenue Cycle Management operations. This Operations manager is responsible for working with the RCM leadership team and cross-functional departments to develop revenue cycle strategies that maximize process efficiency and mitigate cost. This position will lead process improvement across the functional teams that contribute to the revenue cycle, such as claims, billing, AR follow up and payment posting. This role will be responsible for reporting and analyzing daily, weekly and monthly reporting and KPI metrics providing subject matter expertise to help solve problems and provide solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the RCM operations team and supporting initiatives to improve RCM performance

  • Analyze data to establish, implement, and prioritize operational and technology initiatives that improves RCM service quality and margins

  • Communicates effectively across departments to accomplish strategic and operational goals

  • Enhance operational business methods consistent with corporate policy, productivity, cost efficiency, and profitability standards

  • Monitor the effectiveness of activities contributing to the revenue cycle to identify and reduce missed revenue opportunities

  • Remain knowledgeable of insurance policy and governmental regulations affecting billing practices to ensure organizational compliance

  • Establish working relationships with offshore counterparts; serving as a liaison between business partners and management for training, quality and general questions.

  • Train and educate staff on new process changes

  • Work closely with Sales for pipeline visibility and capacity planning

  • Partner with senior leaders and Talent on all aspects of staffing which includes interviewing, hiring, and training

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:

  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Strong operational improvement skills

  • Ability to develop, coach, and motivate a team as well as the ability to train others on workflows and projects

  • Results-driven approach, setting measurable goals for self and the team and holding self and others accountable to achieving success

  • 3+ years of full revenue cycle process management

  • 3+ years of experience with various insurance carriers, including Medicare, private HMOs, PPOs, Capitation, and Workers Comp

  • Advanced Excel skills demonstrate the ability to use formulas to analyze data, create and format pivot tables and templates, and validation functions. Able to create visualizations of data through charts and graphs.

Where:

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation:

The target base compensation for this position is $80,000 to $90,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
