We are looking for an Interface Analyst to focus on our EverHealth brand of products. Charge Capture by MDTech, and EverHealth product is an award-winning mobile charge capture application for physicians providing an automated billing process that can easily be customized to fit the clinician’s workflow. With complete and full support for ICD-10, connectivity with facility and practice systems and integrated secure messaging, charge capture has never been easier.

As an Interface Analyst you’ll be responsible for many of the tasks, discovery and external communication around establishing the connectivity and integrations with third parties that power our products. You are a strong communicator with a solution-oriented approach and an ability to keep many stakeholders in the loop.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist implementation project managers to define tasks and interface requirements

  • Assigns tasks to engineers for more technical tasks, tracking progress and success criteria

  • Implement tasks directly for API configuration and/or other standardized integrations

  • Test integrations pre-customer validation and with customer as needed

  • Document per interface specifics including operations procedures, contacts, troubleshooting procedures and others as identified for use by interface and support teams

  • Troubleshoot escalated support requests as needed via understanding of integrations, HL7 and other expected technical abilities

  • Document end-to-end project and implementation process for stakeholder understanding and contributor usage

  • Assist in iterative process improvement by identifying repeat tasks that can be standardized, identifying gaps in documentation and other opportunities as they are found

  • Achieve necessary expertise to support interface projects, engineering teams and implementation teams

  • May participate in on-call rotation after initial training period

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:

  • 2+ years of related work experience

  • 2+ years of experience with HL7, FHIR and/or other healthcare data exchange formats

  • 1+ years of experience with interface engines such as Mirth/Nextgen Connect, Qvera, Iguana, etc

  • The ability to communicate clearly and concisely about deeply technical topics in an easy-to-understand way

  • You hold strong opinions about how to deliver projects and solution to needs but are receptive to the views of others; you know when to be flexible and when to hold steady

Bonus Qualities:

  • Experience in RESTful API design and/or use

  • Experience with JavaScript or other scripting languages

  • Experience with software engineering methodologies such as Agile

  • A desire to pursue project management and/org engineering positions

Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $65,000 to $75,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
