We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst who will support one of our vertically-tailored, integrated SaaS solutions within either the home & field services, health services, or fitness & wellness industries.
EverCommerce is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Director of FP&A, you will be responsible for providing financial and operational support as well as driving revenue and profitability for a portfolio of companies. This is a highly visible role with frequent exposure to senior team members and is an opportunity to have a meaningful impact on company performance.

Responsibilities:
Monthly reporting: budget/forecast vs actual, flux analysis, providing insights into key business drivers and operational metrics to be supplied to the operational leaders and other stakeholders.
Active role in annual business planning and budgeting process as well as monthly rolling forecast. Provide meaningful analysis of financial trends and variances to support informed decision making.
Become a super user of financial systems and tools, especially OneStream; own the construction and maintenance of various reporting templates.
Support strategic business decision-making on investment cases and growth initiatives through financial modeling, ad hoc analyses, and presentations. Conduct financial analyses to evaluate business performance, identify areas for improvement, cost-saving opportunities, and revenue enhancement strategies.
Development and maintenance of financial reports, KPIs, and dashboards to track operational metrics that provide timely and accurate insight into key business drivers.
Assist with occasional M&A activities through financial diligence and post-close integration.
Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in one or more highly analytical roles such as corporate FP&A, management consulting, investment banking, VC/PE.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (interview process will include a brief modeling exercise)
Solid understanding of GAAP, specifically cash to GAAP conversions and revenue recognition principles
Experience with financial reporting/accounting/billing systems such as OneStream, NetSuite, Workday or equivalent tools
Strong analytical and communication skills, both written and oral
Comfort interfacing with and influencing senior executives.
Ability to work cross-functionally to drive decision-making and coordinated action.
Preferred: tech sector experience, large public company experience
Comfortable working independently / remote
Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working across time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States, but a majority of the Finance team is based in the Denver, Colorado area. If you are close to one of our offices, you can choose between an in-office or hybrid set-up, or you can work 100% remotely.

Compensation:
The target base compensation for this position is $90,000 - $100,000 USD per hyear in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
