We are looking for a Data Conversion Specialist to focus on our i360 & MarketSharp products. EverCommerce’s EverPro vertical offers cloud-based solutions for home and field services professionals. In this role, you will support our CRM products – improveit360 (business enterprise CRM) and MarketSharp (SMB marketing and management CRM). Our mission is to help remodelers and home improvement professionals be more successful by improving how they attract, service, and engage customers. Our platforms automate and streamline lead management, appointment setting, estimating, sales follow-up, project management, and business intelligence. As a Data Conversion Specialist, you use software tools and scripting to extract, transform, and load client data from other software applications into a client’s improveit360 or MarketSharp system. You deliver an exceptional data conversion experience to each client resulting in an effective, timely conversion and an elevated level of client satisfaction. You validate data migration activities and outcomes and provide support to the implementation project team.

Responsibilities:
Data Conversion
- Work with clients to extract data from legacy systems, including assistance in finding where data is stored in a database if the client does not have the knowledge.
- Import data into improveit360/MarketSharp, review for accuracy and resolve technical issues.
- Manage multiple data conversions simultaneously and prioritize effectively to ensure go-lives occur on time and in line with customer expectations. This includes internal coordination with other team members to ensure availability of suitable resources for each deployment.
- Use tact and diplomacy to set proper timelines and expectations throughout the data conversion process, including both verbal and written communication.
- Provide the client, Project Manager, Relationship Manager and Solutions Consultant with clear documentation of progress, identifying possible areas of concern.
- Provide guidance and solutions consulting on industry best practices related to data transformation.
- Exercise attention to detail and technical proficiency to identify client specific requirements and ensure proper data transformation.
- Manipulate live data in databases using best practices for maintaining data integrity.
- Demonstrate business analytics skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to partner with customers and team members to resolve problems.
- Work collaboratively with others to identify, reduce or eliminate unnecessary risks for customers, partners, staff, and the organization.
Project Management
- Foster collaboration within the team and across products and development lifecycles.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and budget using frequent and clear communications to all internal parties as well as customer stakeholders.
- Attend and help facilitate regular meetings with key management and project teams to review status, issues, and innovations.

Education
- BA/BS in a technical or quantitative field or equivalent years of experience
Required Experience
- 5+ years’ work experience as a Data Analyst
- 2+ years’ work experience with SQL
- 5+ years’ work experience with Data Conversion/Migrations
- Strong logic and critical-thinking ability; experience and creativity in troubleshooting data and software problems
- Self-driven with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
- Ability to listen, ask questions, build consensus, and solve ambiguous problems

Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: EverCommerce is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 USD Per Year. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US. EverCommerce considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, candidate’s work location, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as, market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.
