The Service Fusion team is seeking a highly experienced and passionate Product Manager to help us elevate our Field Service Management platform to meet market demand and produce customers for life.

Service Fusion serves nearly 4,000 field service contractors in over 20 residential and commercial service verticals with mission-critical business management software. While the largest segments of the customer base are HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair contractors, our target customer is “anyone in a truck who comes to your home or business to perform a service.” Service Fusion allows such contractors to operate their business from anywhere with enterprise-level features at a small business price.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and maintain up-to-date competitive analysis to inform product strategy and development priorities.

  • Work with key stakeholders, prospects, and customers to identify and prioritize product features and functionality.

  • Identify unmet customer needs and new opportunities.

  • Serve as a product owner for multiple agile engineering teams and interact with them daily.

  • Work along engineering and UX to create solutions that exceed customer expectations.

  • Clearly and regularly communicate the product requirements, vision, and priorities to engineering and stakeholders.

  • Maintain the product roadmap.

  • Participate in discussions with current and prospective partners, developers, and customers to represent the future of our integrated solutions.

  • Regularly groom the product backlog, ensuring that all user stories are well defined and prioritized.

  • Frequently communicate with customers to understand their needs, problems, and opportunities and turn that information into actionable product growth plans.

  • Analyze product usage patterns and make recommendations to enhance or discontinue underused portions of the product.

  • Create and deliver product training to enable sales and support teams.

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:

  • 5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of success

  • You’ve worked at a startup or small company (<50 employees)

  • Experience in the Home service or SaaS industry

  • Experience with Agile methodologies as a product owner

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Builds trust easily and effortlessly to assume a leadership role

  • Creative thinker and problem solver

  • Strong business acumen

  • You’re self-motivated and a driven contributor who gets things done

  • You’re well organized and detail-oriented

  • You have deep knowledge of and experience applying product management best practices

  • You love working with others

  • You’re not afraid to make decisions

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

Where:

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation:

The target base compensation for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 USD per year, with $10,000 in bonus potential in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
