EverHealth, a division of EverCommerce, seeks an EverHealth Culture and Engagement Specialist to support and help deliver our One EverCommerce / One EverHealth vision. EverHealth provides modern end-to-end solutions for healthcare providers. Our open, connected ecosystem of solutions and services helps providers engage patients, increase revenue, improve business efficiency, and remain market competitive. You are an experienced Culture and Engagement Specialist who has a preferred background driving employee engagement in healthcare or healthcare technology. You will play a pivotal role building and enhancing our EverHealth team’s experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • In partnership with the EverCommerce People Team, help build an employee-centric workplace culture within EverHealth.
  • Create and facilitate EverHealth specific employee onboarding curriculum and initiatives partnering with People team, EverHealth Leadership, and functional group leaders.
  • Install solutions that will elevate work performance of the employees and boost productivity.
  • Provide and facilitate the necessary EverHealth training, development, and enablement opportunities.
  • Create awareness and facilitate EverHealth employee recognition and programs for long term success.
  • Help organize healthcare-related product and skill development programs for the growth of the employees.
  • Help build and maintain EverHealth community site and Teams channel.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management and the People Team to continuously improve the EverHealth employee experience.
  • Review employee survey results and helping management create action plans based on their findings.
  • Partner with EverCommerce People Team to understand outcomes of exit interviews with departing employees to gather information about why they are leaving the company and how to improve retention rates.

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, psychology or related field required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in operations, employee relations, HRIS or similar role.
  • Self-motivated, able to prioritize work activities and use your time efficiently to complete projects in a timely manner.
  • Ability to advise and influence senior business leaders across organizational lines.
  • Able to adapt to rapid changes in the work environment, manage competing demands and able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.
  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
  • Experience in SharePoint and Workday

Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation:

EverCommerce is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 USD Per Year. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US. EverCommerce considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, candidate’s work location, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as, market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.
