We are looking for a Marketing Administrator, Procurement for our central EverCommerce Digital & Events Global Demand teams. Our central Digital & Events Global Demand teams supports all EverCommerce bBrands and solutions with their digital and eEvents marketing strategies.

As a Marketing Administrator, Procurement you will be supporting our Paid Media Marketing and Global Demand teams to collect, track, and submit purchase orders and expenses. You will be working with the Procurement and Accounts Payable teams, Coupa systems, marketing channel owners, and vendors to ensure proper funding and payment to vendors. The person filling this role will need to gain a general understanding of many marketing channels and vendors in order to properly navigate any issues to resolution. Strong attention to detail and Excel proficiency is required. The ideal candidate will need to show an aptitude for process, previous experience in bookkeeping or corporate procurement, and possess strong people skills. This role will report to the Director of Paid Media.

Responsibilities:

• Submit requisitions for purchase orders and see them through approval
• Submit invoices against purchase orders and see them through payment
• Collect payment receipts from vendors and ad platforms
• Track marketing vendor and brand PO budgets, expenses, and payments
• Engage with Procurement and Accounting to ensure accuracy
• Pull marketing funnel data and rectify discrepancies in preparation for data entry
• Some Google Ad optimizations and account maintenance
• Assisting in other digital marketing projects as needed

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:

• Strong attention to detail
• Strong data analytics skills
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and basic formulas
• Eagerness to learn new things
• Completed courses in bookkeeping or accounting are a large plus
• Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously
• Dependable

Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation:

EverCommerce is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 USD Per Year. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US.
