We are looking for an experienced Marketing Director to generate demand and add incremental value for our marketing technology solutions team. Socius Marketing is a rapidly scaling digital marketing agency servicing the home improvement, home services, and health care industries. We are focused on driving results for our clients through data-driven, ROI-focused organic and paid media campaigns. Our services include paid media, including search, social, programmatic, search engine optimization (SEO), content development, and website design & development.

In this role, you’ll provide the strategic vision and direction to build the go-to-market and lead gen strategies for a suite of performance marketing services and SaaS-based offerings.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cohesive go-to-market strategies that drive growth for our suite of performance and digital agency marketing and software solutions.

  • Serve as team lead, directly supervising a team of talented, high-functioning managers and specialists.

  • Accountable for delivery of demand generation programs for both existing customers and prospects, including PPC, Social, Organic strategy, email, partnerships, webinars, and events.

  • Partner with central BD team to implement and develop industry partnerships to expand our geographic and vertical footprints.

  • Partner with central services marketing teams to bring multi-faceted strategies and campaigns to life.

  • Coordinate heavily with Martech leadership, product teams, delivery teams, and sales team.

  • Concisely analyze, report, and present performance and growth trends weekly, monthly, and quarterly.

  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of all marketing programs and campaigns to improve resource allocation, efficiency, and revenue generation. Core KPIs: MQL, SQL, overall budget management.

  • Support the content and brand strategies with optimization of market messaging and positioning; work with the creative, demand generation, and communications teams to amplify thought leadership, perceived value, and awareness of our brand(s).

  • Manage and allocate budget with a tight focus on sales pipeline impact and in line with the financial year, quarter, and monthly allocations.

Skills and Experience Needed to be Successful in this Role:

  • 10+ years of related industry experience – preferably with a performance marketing agency or SaaS organization.

  • Deep knowledge of demand generation mix including digital (paid and non-paid), email marketing, events, channel marketing, and webinars.

  • Hands on lead gen campaign management experience

  • 7+ years of successfully developing and managing senior-level relationships and teams.

  • 3+ years of experience in building and managing partnerships.

  • Demonstrable success in achieving pipeline and customer acquisition growth goals.

  • Excellent track record of driving highly creative marketing programs with measurable revenue growth.

  • Standout communication skills with an extraordinary ability to collaborate constructively and cross-functionally.

  • Customer-focused mindset, driven to innovate, highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects while adhering to strict deadlines.

  • Bachelor's Degree required.

  • Excellent communication skills, ability to forge relationships with key stakeholders, and experience with performance marketing and partnership programs are a plus.

  • Knowledge of Marketo, Salesforce, and Asana is a plus.

Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation:

EverCommerce is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $125,000 – $135,000 USD Per Year. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all the distinct labor markets within the US. It is uncommon for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on a variety of factors. EverCommerce considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, candidate’s work location, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.
