We are looking for a Social Media Team Lead to focus on our organic social media services. Socius Marketing is a rapidly scaling digital marketing agency servicing the home improvement, home services, and health care industries. We are focused on driving results for our clients through data-driven, ROI-focused organic and paid media campaigns. Our services include paid media, including search, social, programmatic, search engine optimization (SEO), content development, and website design & development.

The Organic Social Media Team Lead will spearhead our organic social media initiatives, developing innovative strategies to enhance our clients' brand visibility and lead generation efforts across various social platforms. This role demands a blend of creative development expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to coach and guide our social media team members towards achieving excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive organic social media strategies to increase brand visibility, and engagement for our clients.

  • Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities within social media landscapes.

  • Develop engaging content & design components that resonate with target audiences and drive organic growth.

  • Oversee the planning, scheduling, and publishing of content across all social media platforms, ensuring consistency with our clients’ brand voice and objectives.

  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to understand the effectiveness of social media campaigns and strategies, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

  • Lead, mentor, and coach social media team members, providing guidance on best practices, creative development, and strategic planning.

  • Foster strong client relationships through regular updates, reports, and strategic recommendations to continuously improve their organic social media presence.

  • Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies, integrating innovative approaches into our social media practices.

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:

  • Experience with Hootsuite, Agora pulse, Meta, and other social media management platforms.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media within a digital marketing agency environment.

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful organic social media strategies for lead generation.

  • Strong creative development skills with an ability to produce compelling content.

  • Experience in mentoring or coaching team members.

  • Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in social media analytics tools and platforms. Facebook Business Manager experience necessary.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong client and team relationships.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: EverCommerce is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $60,000-70,000 USD Per Year. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all distinct labor markets in the US. EverCommerce considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, candidate’s work location, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.
