We are looking for an Associate Onboarding Manager to join our Socius Marketing onboarding team. Socius Marketing is a rapidly scaling digital marketing agency servicing the home improvement, home services, and health care industries. We are focused on driving results for our clients through data-driven, ROI-focused organic and paid media campaigns. Our services include paid media, including search, social, programmatic, search engine optimization (SEO), content development, and website design & development.

The Associate Onboarding Manager is the main point of contact for our customers (and/or additional franchisee locations) responsible for account setup and implementation, coordinating task completion with internal teams to ensure a frictionless transition and smooth integration of products and services. This position involves working closely with clients to understand their business goals, coordinating with internal teams to ensure completion of tasks & milestones, and managing the onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for our clients. The successful candidate will be an exceptional communicator, highly organized, and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, establishing strong relationships and maintaining open lines of communication.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand client goals and expectations and ensure that these are clearly communicated to the relevant internal teams.

  • Coordinate with internal team members execute campaign set up and launch projects on established timelines.

  • Monitor and manage the onboarding process, identifying and resolving any issues that arise to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the client’s satisfaction.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, meeting notes, and client communications.

  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients during the onboarding phase to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to the process.

  • Provide training and support to clients on our services, processes, and digital marketing best practices.

  • Work with the team to continuously improve the onboarding process based on client feedback and changing needs.

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a digital marketing agency, with a focus on project management and client services.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing client onboarding processes.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and best practices.

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a problem-solving mindset.

  • Proficient in Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and other project management software and tools.

Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: EverCommerce is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 USD Per Year. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US. EverCommerce considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, candidate’s work location, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as, market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.
