We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to focus on our Timely Product.

Timely and SalonBiz serve over 24,000 customers in 100 countries and are on a mission to build the leading platform for beauty professionals. Together we make up the Wellness group. Between us, we offer SaaS solutions to customers of varying sizes and stages, serving different customer profiles within the beauty industry.

The key purpose of the Marketing Automation Specialist is to support our day to day execution across our Marketing and Creative teams, hand in hand with our Marketing Automation Manager this might be helping to design customer journeys and nurtures, or advising on best practice methods to maximise connection rates.

One day you might be working with a team designing a customer journey to communicate the value of features, the next designing comms about our next in person event or expo. The work is varied and you’ll have the opportunity to work across a myriad of different comms channels as well as experimenting in new tools or different ways of working.

You will take the lead on advising on best practice and ideal customer communication experiences and help to execute on campaign briefs across our core MAP tools (Marketo and Pendo). The role will also involve A/B testing and optimisation of our current comms.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting execution across Marketo, Pendo, and various other tools such as Zapier
  • Comfortable working across lots of different communication channels, we don’t just work across email here we leverage SMS, phone, and social media to reach our customers where they like to work
  • Supporting our analytics and operations team in making sure our data is top quality and being protected with correct process and security
  • Run data cleansing processes as needed
  • Building scalable processes and features that capture the right data
  • Support maintaining documentation
  • Partner with our GTM teams to support them in their day to day activity
  • Executing against campaign briefs and advising on best practice to deliver best customer experience
  • Work with the wider operations team members in their activity and projects supporting in their execution
  • Support day to day operations and execution as needed

Skills and Experience needed to be successful:

  • You’ve got significant experience with common MAPs and systems such as;
    • Marketing Automation like Marketo
    • In product communication tools like Pendo or AppCues
    • iPaaS such as Workato or Zapier
  • An understanding of CRMs and how theses tools can interact with them
  • Understanding of AB testing principles and how to apply those learnings
  • Ability to troubleshoot bugs in journeys
  • Comfortable with tools like FigJam, Confluence, Slack, and Outlook
  • Intermediate skills with Excel (or equivalent)
  • Comfortable working with large data sets
