We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with a strong background in digital payments, fintech services and third-party integrations to join our dynamic Product team. Service Fusion’s platform serves nearly 4,000 field service contractors in over 20 residential and commercial service verticals with mission-critical business management software. While the largest segments of the customer base are HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair contractors, our target customer is “anyone in a truck who comes to your home or business to perform a service.” Service Fusion allows such contractors to operate their business from anywhere with enterprise-level features at a small business price.

This role involves driving digital payment revenue growth, improving our product offer with various fintech features, and managing other third-party integrations, to elevate the Service Fusion platform experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in successfully growing revenues with a portfolio of fintech partnership integrations in SaaS products.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead team in developing and implementing the Service Fusion Payments and fintech product vision and strategy.

  • Define Payments product roadmaps and deliverables to meet business objective

  • Lead product discussions, partnering closely with leaders across the business to ensure that customer voices are heard, and needs are met.

  • In collaboration with the commercial partnerships team and engineering group, apply a combination of business insight, technical acumen, and product knowledge to develop and maintain strategic partnerships.

  • Spearhead 3rd party partner integrations and utilize partnerships as a strategic channel for revenue generation through growth and innovation.

  • Play a leading role in an autonomous cross-functional team of designers, developers and marketers to generate innovative ideas and execute them

  • Engage closely with engineering and architecture to help determine the best technical implementation/design while balancing time-to-market needs

  • Partner with cross-functional teams at Service Fusion and external partners to design, build, launch, and market new payments and fintech product capabilities

  • Identify new growth opportunities via MVPs, prototypes and experiments to learn rapidly and make data-informed decisions

  • Leverage analytics, customer research and data to frame and prioritize initiatives

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our customers and of the competitive landscape

  • Serve as the point person for your product area to leadership and across the organization

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:

  • Experience Requirements: 5+ years of experience in growing revenue and usage in payments, fintech and/or SaaS product environments

  • Experience successfully working with third-party partners

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, storytelling and influencing abilities, with the capacity to adapt to diverse stakeholder groups within and outside the organization.

  • Strategic Acumen: Strong understanding of business, technical, and product dimensions, with the ability to cultivate and broaden strategic partnerships.

  • Ability to thrive in change in sometimes ambiguous situations

Additional Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: A college degree in Business or Computer Science is required. An MBA or Master's Degree is highly preferred

  • Start-Up Experience: Demonstrable experience in a start-up environment, highlighting adaptability, innovative thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, resource-constrained setting.

  • Role Expertise: A strong affinity with Business Development or Data Analysis , indicating a proficiency in market analysis, strategic planning, and driving business growth.

Where: The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada, with travel to our Dallas office from time to time – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation:

EverCommerce is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $95,000 - $120,000 USD Per Year. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US. EverCommerce considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, candidate’s work location, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as, market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.
