We are looking for a part time Customer Experience Representative to focus on our GuildQuality brand.

GuildQuality is a SaaS company that helps the best homebuilders, remodelers and contractors in North America deliver an exceptional customer experience. Our members represent the “best of the best” in the residential real estate and construction industry.

Our customer experience representatives are brand ambassadors for both our company and our member clients. Our team has conversations with homeowners to assess their satisfaction level in working with their builder, remodeler or contractor. As such, our customer experience representatives must have a friendly, professional disposition and enjoy interacting with people on the phone.


  • Initiate and receive customer interactions via phone

  • Conduct customer satisfaction follow-up surveys in detail following a provided script

  • Accurately record customer responses using proper grammar

  • Ability to respond to questions or situations that arise in an appropriate manner

  • Follow proper processes and protocols within the calling queues

  • Be adaptable to changes in processes and protocols

  • Schedule callback requests and respond to customers in a timely manner

  • Follow proper escalation chain for issues or problems

  • Provide detailed comments and documentation on customer profiles

  • Adhere to call center quality assurance regulations

  • Represent our Members and Brand in a professional manner

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a call center

  • Friendly, professional disposition with a strong phone presence

  • Verbal and written communication skills

  • Listening skills

  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

  • Ability to type a minimum of 50+ words per minute

  • Quiet work environment with reliable technology and internet

  • Comfortable working with technology applications

  • Great understanding of English grammar

  • Adaptability and flexibility


Our office is located in Atlanta, Georgia, but our customer experience team works remotely. This position also offers great flexibility with work schedules. You will need to provide your own computer and candidates must have a quiet work environment with a secure internet connection that is not shared.
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: EverCommerce is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $13.50 USD Per Hour. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US. It is uncommon for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on a variety of factors.
