We are looking for a Partner Solution Consultant to focus on our EverHealth Partnerships. EverHealth provides modern end-to-end solutions for healthcare providers. Our open, connected ecosystem of solutions and services helps providers engage patients, increase revenue, improve business efficiency, and remain market competitive. We serve 72,000 healthcare practices and counting. EverHealth consists of five SaaS products; DrChrono, iSalus, CollaborateMD, Updox, and MDTec, combined these products offer end to end solutions for the health care industry.

The Partner Solution Consultant will support partner engagements by providing EverHealth knowledge and process management skills to ensure that customers are able to connect with the right solution for their current workflows to drive revenue and optimize the customer workflow experience. This role involves understanding the technical aspects of healthcare tech solutions, leading demonstrations, and ensuring successful implementation and integration of solutions with partner systems.


Technical Leadership and Support:

  • Lead technical discussions and provide expert advice to healthcare technology partners on the integration and implementation of EverHealth solutions.

  • Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions to educate partners and customers on the benefits and usage of EverHealth solutions.

  • Validate partner workflows to ensure they align with EverHealth’s standards and deliver optimal performance.

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and resources to support partners and customers.

  • Act as the primary source and go-to person for all partner-related questions, ensuring that knowledge is centralized and easily accessible.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to ensure the EverHealth solutions remain competitive.

Solution Design and Implementation:

  • Work closely with partners to understand their business needs and design customized solutions that address specific healthcare challenges.

  • Collaborate with internal product development teams to ensure solutions are aligned with market needs and regulatory requirements in the healthcare sector.

  • Possess a deep understanding of HL7, FHIR, and Open APIs to effectively manage technical integrations and support partner onboarding processes.

  • Manage the implementation process, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and workflows.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations, including IT staff, project managers, and executives.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and support requests from partners.

  • Coordinate interactions between customers and partner support contacts to efficiently address and resolve integration issues, leveraging support tracking systems to monitor progress.

  • Collaborate with Channel Managers to make informed recommendations for integration enhancements based on user feedback, competitive analysis, and identified gaps in EverHealth’s product offerings versus the product roadmap.

Sales Support:

  • Assist in boosting and sustaining the adoption of EverHealth solutions among users by providing strategic insights and support to partners.

  • Remove barriers to partner adoption by ensuring that the right partners are matched with the right customers at the right time. Follow up on leads to maintain partner adoption momentum and develop a user-focused partner opportunity funnel to enhance the partnership program and align with the team’s revenue goals.

  • Offer partner recommendations to EverHealth’s customer-facing stakeholders to facilitate sales efforts, ensuring that partners are well-integrated into the sales process.

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical consulting, support or solution engineering role, with a focus on healthcare technology solutions.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in healthcare IT standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR), EMR/EHR systems, data integration, SAS programs and cloud technologies. Experience with APIs and software development is a plus.

  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS) or similar are advantageous.

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

The target base compensation for this position is $75,000 to $80,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
