We are looking for Sales Development Representatives to focus on our Service Nation and Service Fusion products. Service Nation & Service Fusion, empower over 9,000 field service contractors across various residential and commercial sectors.

Service Nation supports over 5,000 home and field service contractors with a suite of comprehensive resources designed for contractors at every stage of their journey. From cashback rewards through our buying group to multi-departmental training, coaching, and educational events, we equip contractors with the tools they need to achieve rapid growth and profitability. With multiple membership tiers available, Service Nation caters to contractors' specific needs, accelerating their ability to achieve their overall goals. Simultaneously, at Service Fusion, we provide mission-critical business management software tailored for nearly 4,000 contractors in over 20 service verticals, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair. Our software enables contractors to run their operations seamlessly from anywhere, offering enterprise-level features at a small business price.

As a Sales Development Representative you will be helping our Account Executives build pipeline through a series of activities including, but not limited to, lead qualification and outbound demand generation. These activities will result in scheduling product demonstrations for our prospective new clients delivered by our Account Executive team.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand our product offerings and target market.
  • Gain proficiency in essential tools for success: Salesforce CRM, SalesLoft, Chili Piper, and others.
  • Generate sales leads by scheduling online meetings.
  • Identify sales opportunities through lead generation and outbound prospecting.
  • Communicate with potential customers via telephone, aiming for 150+ calls per day.
  • Foster relationships with the sales team.
  • Develop business within the Small Business Segment.
  • Achieve monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and meeting-booking targets consistently.
  • Understand the requirements to meet or exceed objectives and sustain progress.
  • Initiate learning about our product’s sales approach and complete sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with mentors and sales leaders to establish personal goals for potential advancement.

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, with a focus on utilizing a structured sales approach to engage with diverse clientele, understand their requirements, and present tailored solutions.
  • Proven track record in consistently making 100+ calls per day, demonstrating resilience and adaptability in high-volume communication environments.
  • Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation, to foster meaningful interactions and build rapport with a wide range of individuals.
  • Proficiency in leveraging technology and CRM systems to manage leads, track progress, and optimize outreach strategies.
  • Adaptability and a growth mindset, with a willingness to learn and refine techniques to meet evolving market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team environment, sharing insights and best practices to drive collective success.
  • Empathy and cultural competence to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds, recognizing and respecting individual differences and preferences.
  • Resilience and perseverance to navigate rejection and setbacks, maintaining a positive attitude and focus on long-term goals.

Where:

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation:

EverCommerce is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $21.00 - $26.00 USD Per Hour + Commissions. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US. EverCommerce considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, candidate’s work location, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as, market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.
