Job Title: Senior Director of Product Management

Job Duties:

  • Direct the overall efficacy and financial sustainability of digital products, also called product-led growth, in the Customer Experience Solutions division leveraging prior experience and domain expertise in the home services and healthcare industries with B2B Software as a Service (SaaS) domain and providing technical vision to create a product road map. Direct major cross-functional initiatives and activities with effective prioritization and influence engaging division-to-division personnel and central teams within the medium and large companies that make up the division and EverCommerce to guide the product roadmap, strategy, management, and innovation functions related to associated products, applying strengths in the domains of data analysis, technology, software integrations and product insights.
  • Effectively communicate and translate technical concepts to and from engineering groups, using technical knowledge of agile software development and best practices for executing on SaaS products.
  • Drive product integrations and go-to-market strategies for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Field Service Management (FSM) partnerships, ensuring seamless integration and successful market penetration
  • Assist the team and work with strategic partners in reviewing and implementing API integrations to support business, fostering strong collaborations, and identifying opportunities for enhanced functionality.
  • Guide product development, using an understanding of concepts in AI and Machine Learning space to ensure the incorporation of cutting-edge technologies and advancements.
  • Work with executive leadership to aid in product efficacy and value adoption across the user base, leading projects that impact products, engineering, sales, marketing, and support, driving comprehensive organizational success.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to set up key performance indicators (KPIs) that support governance and use data insights obtained by using C#, SQL and Python programming languages to help with analysis and determine product metrics.
  • Select strategic customer feature requests and product enhancements/new product development by learning and applying technical knowledge in the domain of Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Machine Learning to validate product enhancement opportunities.
  • Establish competitive intelligence to aid the business in understanding current and future product needs utilizing technical and SaaS domain expertise to monitor, analyze, and prioritize product direction in alignment with industry trends, ensuring market relevance and competitiveness and product-led growth potential.
  • Lead the development of features and products, using in-depth knowledge of cloud infrastructure platforms including AWS, Azure, and Google, architecture, web and mobile software development, and SAAS applications operating in a public cloud infrastructure.
  • Ensure product and data security and performance meet industry standards, including ongoing compliance with HIPAA requirements, to safeguard sensitive information and maintain the trust of pulseM's business stakeholders.
  • This is a fully remote position. Work sites are unanticipated. Work from home benefit available.

Degree Requirement: Master’s Degree in Computer Science or closely related IT field.

Experience required:

5 years of experience as a Product Manager.

Special Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience to include 2 years’ experience as a Software Application Developer in a Customer Experience Business-to-Business SaaS (Software a Service) organization.
  • 5 years of experience to include 2 years of experience in as a people manager managing direct reports.
  • Demonstrable ability in leading projects affecting product, engineering, sales, marketing, and support.
  • Demonstrable ability to direct major cross-functional initiatives with effective prioritization and influence.
  • Experience having hands-on development with programming languages C#, Python, SQL.
  • In-depth knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure tools and technologies.
  • Technical experience with Security and Performance of software products.
  • Understanding of concepts in AI and Machine Learning space.
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, architecture, web and mobile software development.
  • Technical knowledge of agile software development and best practices for SaaS products execution.
  • Understanding of Natural Language Processing and the corresponding Machine Learning concepts and potential applications to product portfolio.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of and prior experience working with strategic partners to build and adapt API integrations.
  • Working knowledge of SAAS applications operating in a public cloud infrastructure including Google, AWS, Azure.
  • Experience in digital products, also called product led growth.
  • Experience providing technical vision to create a product road map.
  • Domain expertise in the home services and healthcare industry.
  • Previous experience working at a medium to large company engaging division-to-division personnel and central teams.

Travel Requirements: Domestic travel is required up to 1 time per month and up to 3 days per trip. This is a fully remote position. Worksites are unanticipated. Work from home benefit available.

Compensation:
EverCommerce is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $180,000 – $205,000 USD Per Year. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US. EverCommerce considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, candidate’s work location, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as, market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.
