The team will consist of a dedicated group of specialists that supports:
Building out the governance of the GWMO
Establishing of new GWMO Operating model
Onboarding and on-going vendor management of outsourcing partner(s)
Financial management and tracking for GWMO strategy model
Developing change management and communications to enable program execution
Ongoing management of the end-to-end contingent labor initiatives
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and lead the Global Workforce Management Office
Manage outsourced labor life cycle inclusive of, needs identification, vendor assessment, onboarding/role transitions, and vendor performance management
Collaborate with business unit (BU) leaders to develop and maintain policies, processes and procedures for management of outsourced and contingent labor
Build relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of the outsourced and contingent labor workforce program
Partner with operational teams (i.e., Product Engineering, Customer Support, Finance & Accounting and back-office functions) to build scalable outsourced labor models
Oversee performance management initiatives of outsourced workforce, including the review and implementation of agreed upon service level agreements (SLA’s)
Skills & Qualifications
The successful candidate will have the following experience, skills and attributes:
8+ years of business experience with a strong understanding of workforce planning and outsourced labor management in a matrixed, global environment
5+ years of experience driving successful outsourcing transformations from vendor selection to stand-up, transition and steady state management
Direct exposure working with top-tier business process outsource (BPO) vendors
Hands-on experience working with operational teams (i.e., Product Engineering, Customer Support, Finance & Accounting and other related fields)
Experience influencing and leading in indirect, global matrix-based, and virtual environments to build partnerships, drive alignment, and make decisions
Skills
Strong project management skills, including collaborating with, and influencing stakeholders across organizational levels and geographic locations
Possess strong, professional interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
Exceptional analytical, and problem-solving skills
Attributes
A self-starter who thrives working in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making informed, fact-based decisions in the absence of complete information
Willingness and ability to travel nationally / internationally, as required
Compensation:
EverCommerce is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $150,000 – $175,000 USD Per Year. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US. EverCommerce considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, candidate’s work location, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as, market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.
