As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer and commercial value of new and existing products within a product line of EverWell. You will be comfortable working in complex product spaces that require navigating large degrees of ambiguity and comprehensive stakeholder management. You will manage products end-to-end, from early-stage research and ideation, through to implementation and improvement of product over
time. Your impact will be measured by key commercial and customer success metrics of the products you manage.
We're looking for someone who can possess a blend of business and technical savvy skills. We want someone who’s experienced and comfortable with a fast-paced high-growth environment, which means you’ll be given ownership and great responsibility.
Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap:
Develop and articulate a product strategy for their product line aligned with
company goals and OKRs to maximize customer and commercial value.
Opportunity & Risk Evaluation:
Assess new opportunities using customer knowledge, product data insights,
competitive landscape, and market
Product Delivery & Performance:
Drive the execution of all various stages in the product lifecycle prior to and
following development, including product and market research, competitor
analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development,
product launch, ongoing maintenance, continuous improvement, sunsetting
and deprecation.
Collaboration & Communication:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design,
marketing, sales and customer operations, to drive the development, launch
and sunsetting of products. Ensure all key cross functional stakeholders are
brought on the product journey from the start, ensuring there is a clear GTM
plan for product launch or decommission.
Skills and experience needed to be successful:
- Proven Product Management Experience: 5+ years of proven product management experience.
- Product Roadmap Development and Execution: Demonstrated experience in developing and driving a product roadmap that prioritises customer outcomes and high ROI product initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Market Analysis and Segmentation: Demonstrated skills in conducting market research and identifying growth opportunities for their product.
- Holistic Product View: Demonstrated experience in taking a holistic view of product, including customer, commercial, and competitor aspects, as well as delivery from conception to sunset.
- Stakeholder Management and Communication: Ability to build effective relationships and influence across all levels of the business leveraging excellent stakeholder management, open communication style, and interpersonal skills.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to track and analyse financial performance of the product, making data-based informed decisions to optimise for customer outcome as well as revenue.
