FP&A Manager

Responsibilities:

- Coach a team of analysts to drive the budgeting process for 20+ corporate departments, including the development of detailed financial models and monthly forecasts.

- Conduct monthly and quarterly financial analysis to monitor variance against budget and forecast to avoid cost overruns.

- Drive company reporting requirements including monthly consolidated results / forecast updates for the full company, quarterly reporting packets, external materials (assisting with board materials and/or investor relations materials), and ad-hoc analysis to support strategic decision making.

- Build standardized reporting templates and processes; partner with field FP&A teams to develop consistent reporting across the organization

- Assist Director of Corporate FP&A in various ad-hoc analysis

- Become a OneStream power user for the organization to assist financial systems team with new functionality; serve as liaison with the field FP&A teams on OneStream matters.

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.

- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant FP&A experience, with experience in a leadership role

- Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset to deliver timely, high-quality reporting to senior leadership.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience working with senior finance executives.

- Proficiency in finance software and tools. Candidate should have advanced Excel skills, with OneStream proficiency highly preferred.

- Process-oriented and project management mindset to manage monthly reporting requirements

- Mindset of continuous improvement to advance financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities and deliver enhanced efficiency and accuracy

- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles

- Experience with SaaS companies and familiarity with multiple entity companies a plus

Where: Denver area is highly preferred with a hybrid schedule of in office 2 days per week. Remote opportunity is available for an exceptional candidate.
