DrChrono is searching for a Head of Recycle Cycle Management to lead the RCM team.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides direction and leadership to achieve the organization’s philosophy, values, mission, and goals.
  • Facilitates development and execution of departmental mission, goals, strategy, policies, procedures, budget, and work standards for Revenue Cycle.
  • Functions as a change agent; Lead the enterprise-wide development and implementation of RCM strategies that are optimal and consistent with best practice processes in healthcare.
  • Directly participates in completion of various financial forecasts, and KPI (Key Performance Indicators) analysis that drives continuous improvement.
  • Reviews departments' performance and ensures efficiency, compliance, accreditation, legal and other regulatory requirements.
  • Maintains a collaborative, supporting relationship with management and encourages collaboration that achieves optimal financial outcomes and improves RCM operations and services.
  • Engages with leaders of each functional area to understand what success looks like, identifies key performance indicators (KPI’s), and builds effective reporting capabilities to measure progress and attain KPI’s.
  • Oversight of RCM reporting and data analytics to provide the executive and leadership teams with optimal information to manage the organization.
  • Develops scalable processes and tools to support future growth including developing mid-to-long term plans for the enterprise.
  • Develop and oversee quality assurance performance in partnership with vendor for training and optimizing revenue capture.
  • Leads and directs the work of other employees and has responsibility for personnel actions including hiring, performance management, and termination. Leads staff performance by providing regular feedback, performance reviews, and one-on-one meetings, regularly partnering with talent to create leaders and growth opportunities.
  • Serves as a subject matter expert who provides guidance and information to customers, internal teams, and 3rd party vendor(s) where applicable.
  • Accountable stakeholder for platform development related to RCM products and services.
  • Performs other duties as assigned to help drive our mission of transforming the healthcare economy with tailored end-to-end SaaS (software as a service) solutions and services that simplify and empower the lives of our customers.

Experience and skills were seeking:

  • 12+ years in relevant healthcare operations with Senior Level RCM experience
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in RCM leadership/management required, including demonstrated success in leading revenue cycle operations of multiple regional centralized business offices (CBO), or working with large revenue cycle organizations with offshore operations.
  • BA/BS degree in Business or Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field required OR additional experience above the minimum may be considered in lieu of the required education on a year-for-year basis.
  • MBA or related master’s degree preferred.
  • Expert‐level knowledge of project and change management, methodologies, techniques, processes.
  • Deep understanding of project and customer management and ability to discuss technical and business project requirements in detail when required.
  • Experience with managing budget, cost, and profitability.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, interpersonal and written and oral communication skills
  • Great critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills, ability to identify solutions and ensure progress in the face of obstacles.
  • Advanced understanding of the healthcare industry (HIPAA compliance, PHI, etc.) and Healthtech and Healthcare Services offerings.
  • Self-starter with the ability to analyze and interpret financial and operational data, identify gaps or opportunities, prepare business reports, projections, and present solutions or recommendations.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills and the ability to interface effectively with multiple levels of company employees, ranging from senior executives to other functional employees and culturally and linguistically diverse settings.
  • Intellectually robust and agile with the ability to make quick decisions, when required.
  • Able to adapt to rapid changes in the work environment, manage competing demands and able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.
  • Ability and willingness to support occasional travel locally, regionally, and/or nationally; flexible work evening, weekends and/or holidays as needed.

Where: Remote, US
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $140,000 - $160,000 Per Year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above
