We are seeking Sales Development Representatives to work in our Irving, TX or Binghamton, NY office.

Founded in 2014, Service Fusion, now an EverCommerce company, serves nearly 4,000 field service contractors in over 20 residential and commercial service verticals with mission-critical business management software. While the largest segments of the customer base are HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair contractors, our target customer is “anyone in a truck who comes to your home or business to perform a service.” Service Fusion allows such contractors to operate their business from anywhere with enterprise-level features at a small business price.

Where:
We are housed in a 20K square foot, open floor plan office in Irving, TX, and we even have our own game room. We’re a short car ride from downtown Dallas, a shorter car ride to Las Colinas, and an even shorter car ride to DFW Airport. Due to COVID-19, our teams are working remotely for the foreseeable future; this role will require in-office work when we reopen, so candidates should be based in the DFW area.
What you will do:
First 1-3 months
Learn Service Fusion’s products and market
Become an expert in the tools necessary to be successful: VanillaSoft, HubSpot, Salesforce CRM, call scripts sales rhythms.
Generate pipeline for the sales consultants through setting appointments for online demonstrations.
Create sales opportunities through lead generation and outbound prospecting.
Engage with prospective customers via telephone; 200+ dials per day.
Build relationships with sales consultants and customer success managers.
Grow book of business in the Small Business Segment
Consistently meet monthly KPIs and Sales goals.
3-18 Months
Know what it takes to meet or exceed your goals and maintain the momentum to do so.
Begin to expand your knowledge of Service Fusion’s sales methodology and full sales cycle.
Work with mentors and sales leaders to set goals for yourself to gain consideration for promotion.
What you need:
1-2 years of call center experience that includes utilizing a defined sales process to prospect and qualify customers, assess their needs, and position a solution for them.
Demonstrated ability to make 100+ calls daily.
OR a recent college graduate who is eager to pursue a career in sales

Compensation:
EverCommerce is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $21.00 - $26.00 USD Per Hour + Commissions. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US. EverCommerce considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, candidate’s work location, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as, market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.
