We are looking for a Director of Operations to focus on Service Nation.
Experience & Background
- Minimum of 5 years of operations management experience in a high-growth or member-focused organization
- At least 5 years of experience supporting the home services industry, with a strong understanding of member/customer dynamics
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams; directly managed teams of 15+ employees across functions such as member onboarding, support, and retention
Core Competencies
- Demonstrated expertise in process improvement and documentation, with a track record of optimizing operational workflows for efficiency and scale
- Strong focus on member retention and experience, with the ability to build systems and teams that drive long-term engagement and satisfaction
- Experience managing and improving member onboarding programs, ensuring seamless integration and early success for new members
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve performance
Leadership & Execution
- Hands-on, action-oriented leader who can balance day-to-day operational execution with long-term process strategy
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority
- Comfortable leading through change and scaling operational infrastructure as the organization grows
- Excellent communication, coaching, and team-building skills
Technical & Operational Tools
- Proficiency with Salesforce, including dashboard creation, pipeline management, and process automation
- Comfortable using technology to enhance operational efficiency, member insights, and reporting
Other Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Prior experience in a membership-based or service-oriented business is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with standard operating procedure (SOP) development and documentation best practices
Where: Continental US based / up to 40% travel may be required
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $160k to $170k USD in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
