Hashflow is a decentralized cryptocurrency exchange, built from the ground up with first principles. Our mission is to build the most seamless decentralized trading experience, and to allow traders to access products previously impossible in DeFi. We are a small fully remote team that likes to move quickly so we need someone that is independently motivated and a proactive communicator. You must be able to collaborate with other team members remotely to accomplish tasks with limited oversight. We are looking for an experienced Social Media / Marketing manager to help us generate awareness and grow our community. As a member of an early stage team, you will have ownership and help manage the lifeblood of the Hashflow ecosystem to deliver long-lasting impact for the company.

Responsibilities:

• Produce engaging and clever content for community engagement (i.e. Wendy’s social)

• Benchmark other social media profiles to study best practices and case studies and plan implementation

• Develop new and innovative ways to increase impressions and engagement

• Work closely with Head of Marketing to build & execute community growth strategy (AMAs, polls, giveaways, influencer strategy, etc.)

• Source, create, and publish social media content

• Actively engage with the community on social media through comments and DMs

• Launch influencers & third party communities activation activities

• Provide direction and content to community

• Develop KPIs to create reports & measure results

Requirements:

• Raw humor and incredible creative writing skills

• 2-3 years experience in working as a social media marketer or in a similar capacity

• Passion for Hashflow and the blockchain industry

• Extremely versatile on Twitter, Discord, and Telegram

• Naturally driven curiosity to benchmark and adapt to new trends

• Strong project management and execution—ship with high quality in a fast-paced environment
