We are looking for a passionate financial analyst who can work across our Corporate Finance and Demand Finance teams to provide financial and analytical support to our planning, forecasting, reporting, and budget management processes. In this role, you will get an opportunity to see different parts of the business and understand business drivers both at a detailed and big picture level.
Essential Job Functions
- Build robust financial volume, net sales and gross margin analysis and reporting for Sales, Marketing and Innovation team decision makers
- Manage OPEX budgets with our business partners for all Corporate Functions (HR, Legal, Finance, IT, etc)
- Support our business partners in building annual budgets and monthly forecasts, analyze variances vs plan and prior year, communicate results to leaders, and recommend interventions to ensure target delivery
- Support data management in our financial systems and build out reporting capabilities
- Work with our accounting team to ensure timely and accurate monthly financial close
Basic Qualifications
- 5-8 years proven experience, ideally in the consumer packaged goods industry
- Strong analytical skills: experience and comfort with analyzing data and financial modeling
- Attention to accuracy and detail

Preferred Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field
- Experience using reporting systems, such as SAP, SAP Analytics Cloud, Hyperion, etc.
- Ability to solve problems and deal with limited standardization
- Excellent oral and written communication
- A “self-starter” mentality; proven initiative and an ability to work independently
- Ability to stay organized while balancing multiple priorities
