About the team: Affordability at Paytm is an Omni channel team that drives the EMI business at the point of sale, both for online and offline merchants. We partner with various OEMs / brands and merchant partners to offer affordability to the customers.

1. Work closely with the PG team to Drive.

2. EMI business from an existing set of clients.

3. Activate EMI for potential merchants

4. Active conversations with partners to drive wallet share.

5. Work with issuers through offers/campaigns.

6. Identify and acquire new Paytm clients who are EMI’s first brands.

7. Closely work with the online team to jointly pitch the EMI proposition

8. Liaise with the Online product team for developments required

1. Knowledge of payment gateway business is a must

2. Client-facing sales and account management experience

3. Understanding of Technology and User Experience

4. Good negotiation skills

5. Stakeholder management – working in internal teams to drive numbers

6. Channel management
