About the team:
Offline Payment vertical caters to our merchant partners by offering them products like QR code, Soundbox, EDC, Loan. Paytm has been a pioneer in merchant space by introducing innovative solutions like QR codes to accept payments and Sound-box to recon payments by voice alerts. We are also distributing loans to these partners via our 'Paytm for Business' App.
About the Role:
We are looking for a Growth Managers for accelerating the core growth metrics and user numbers. If you are passionate about mobile and web apps with a penchant towards marketing campaigns, love extreme attention to content & design detail and care about how your work impacts millions of users daily, we want you!
Expectations/Requirements:
-Lead user(merchant) acquisition and activation for Paytm for Business app via online channels
-Lead user(merchant) acquisition and activation for Soundbox and QR devices, via online channels
-Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns for merchant acquisition and optimize CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV
- Implement strategic marketing initiatives and monthly campaigns across marketing channels including product marketing, performance marketing, social media marketing and partnerships
-Work closely with product team and define and execute requirements for improving onboarding and engagement of merchants on paytm for business appIdeate, test and scale new acquisition channels (organic and paid)
-Drive marketing decisions through quantitative results and AB testing as well as qualitative research and customer insights
-Execute detailed analysis of campaign and channel effectiveness including segmentation, creatives, targeting and cohort analysis
Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:
-2-5 years of post MBA experience across growth/revenue/marketing at digital consumer businesses
-Experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns including paid channels - FB, Instagram, Youtube, SEM
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, analytics tools - Appsflyer, Clevertap, Mixpanel etc
-Experience in defining program requirements and using data and metrics to drive improvements
-Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
