About the team – This team will uniquely own the User Growth Agenda and be responsible for ATL campaigns of Paytm Masterbrand.
Whilst in this role you will have strategic responsibility for planning and delivering our annual marketing campaigns. You will lead the campaigns team to deliver the plans and outputs required across national adverting, digital campaigns and merchant marketing. Working alongside our agencies and suppliers you will ensure our creative messaging and media plans are as effective as possible.
1.The incumbent would be a part of Brand and User Growth team of Paytm and will be deeply involved in the brand positioning & Unlocking Consumer Insights
2. He/ She will spearhead the marketing campaigns across channels be it regional or national level.
3. Ownership of the entire Marketing budget and ROI and would be accountable for developing user growth strategies
4.Manage all activities related to Campaign management
5.Oversee campaign specific brand collateral – emailers, sales-kit, marketing banners etc
6.Lead the execution of campaigns to utilise both online and offline channels to engage both merchants and customers
7.Owning performance reports and coordinating campaign analyses and presenting to senior audiences.
8.Financial management and overview of all marketing campaigns budgets
9.Managing elationships with external agencies and suppliers
10.Responsible for all marketing campaigns; delivered through insight-led data, campaign planning, robust testing plans and results analysis
11.Overall responsibility for delivery against an optimised media plan
12.Using insight and customer segmentation to inform media planning and to create strong customer propositions
Superskills Required to succeed in this role: (10+ years Exp)
1. Strong exposure into advertisement development in the FMCG industry
2. Proven experience of empowering the Brand Marketing teams, and has led the organizations through a full rebrand through running powerful campaigns
3. Ability to open dialogue with Senior Leaders / Stakeholders and present & convince on the ideas
4. Must have led brand strategy across corporate messaging and copywriting, social media and content marketing, and integrated marketing campaigns, has worked closely with executives to bring the brands to life
5.A sense of aesthetics and a love for great visuals with clear messaging
6.Superb stakeholder management skills, adept as providing strategic communications
