About the role: The Credit Card Bill Payments team at Paytm is looking for an Associate Product Manager. In this role, you will get hands-on experience in discovering and building features for millions of credit card users, working cross-functionally with designers, developers, and PMs across different verticals at Paytm. If you have a passion for building 0 to 1 features and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

Perform competitive research and come up with feature recommendations

Write in-depth feature requirements and lead execution

Dive deep into data & come up with user insights to make data-driven decisions

Conduct user research to gather qualitative data on user behavior & pain points

Identify and track key performance metrics of the product, including conversion rates, retention rates, and user engagement metrics

Work with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and developers, to develop and implement features

Be a champion for users & represent the voice of customers throughout the product development process

· MS or BS/B.TECH in computer science or equivalent experience from top college

· 4+ years of exp with atleast 2+ years in Product

· Should have experience leading small teams

· Superior organization, communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

· Must be a proven performer and team player that enjoy challenging assignments in a high-energy, fast growing and start-up workplace

· Must be a self-starter who can work well with minimal guidance and in a fluid environment

· A collaborative output driven program that brings cohesiveness across businesses through technology

· Improve the average revenue per use by increasing the cross-sell opportunities

· A solid 360 feedback from your peer teams on your support of their goals
