Operating on this platform leverage, the company then offers credit services such as merchant loans, personal loans and BNPL, sourced by its financial partners.
About the role:
Techops Lead (6-8 years)
He/She/They will troubleshoot, debug, evaluate and resolve customer impacting issues with a focus on detecting patterns and working with the engineering development and/or product teams to eliminate defects. The position requires a combination of strong troubleshooting, technical, communication and problem solving skills. This job requires you to constantly hit the ground running and your ability to learn quickly and work on disparate and overlapping tasks will define your success.
Good knowledge of Linux environment and having an idea about shell scripting.
Good knowledge of SQL.
Basic knowledge of AWS.
Basic knowledge of Java.
Rest API working experience to execute curl, Analysing request and response, HTTP codes etc.
Should be familiar with regular networking protocols (DNS, HTTP(S), SSH, FTP, SMTP) and its use cases.
He should be comfortable for Task Planning and its execution during any planned activity.
Can Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support based on his actual role, investigate and resolve technical issues.
Performing sanity checks for the services.
Perform root cause analysis for production errors.
Should be open to work in 24x7 shifts.
Self-motivated, ability to do multitasking efficiently.
Knowledge on Incidents and escalation practices.
Should have worked in project management tools like confluence, JIRA.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to balance and prioritise work.
Strong analytical and debugging skills.
Excellent multitasking skills and communication skills - both verbal and written.
Ability to understand architectural designs.
Ability to work under high-pressure and agile environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Open to work in weekends/non-working hours whenever required
