About the Team:
Paytm Ads is Paytm's digital advertising vertical that offers innovative ad solutions to clients across industries It offers advertisers the opportunity to engage with 300Mn+ users who interact with over 200 payment & retail services, online and offline - offered on the Paytm app. Paytm Ads maps the user transactions to their lifestyle choices and creates customized segmentation cohorts for sharp shooting ad campaigns to the most relevant TG.
About the role:
As an Sales professional for Branded Solutions you will be responsible to build resources that service clients of all sizes and their business needs.
Expectations/Requirements:
1. Own the revenue goals for branded solutions by Paytm Ads including offline entertainment events and custom build solutions on digital inventory.
2. Work closely with clients & agencies to pitch, build pipeline, suggest solutions and drive revenue closure.
3. Coordinate with execution teams and partner in the execution process for the brand.
4. Work closely with the Paytm Ads team to leverage existing client & agency relations to up-sell new opportunities.
Ideal candidate should have:
1. Min. 7-9 years of experience in Advertising sales; with at least the last ~4 years focused towards branded content and custom solutions.
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to bring out customized solutions, a bit of creativity and good PPT skills will be a plus.
3. Strong relations with brands and relevant agencies who handle on-ground activation and customized solutions.
4. Good understanding of the overall Adtech ecosystem will be a plus.
5. Candidate should be able to navigate through ambiguity as most of the solutions will be unique and thought from the scratch.
