About the team:
EDC Business Product & Operations is a central team that works closely with EDC retail, EDC enterprise & QR/Soundbox team. About the role: It’s a central program management role involving multiple programs such as integrations of third party billing software with EDC & DQR and end to end ownership of Paytm billing software.
Expectations/Requirements :
Keeping track of all integrations executed till now ensuring that new integration requests are monitored by co-ordinating with the technical integration team, third-party billing software, finance, legal and sales team on new features for billing software by working with product manager stakeholder management for billing software DQR product Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure goals are achieved Acting as a promoter of products within as well as outside of the company
Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role :
2-4 Years of experience in program management proven stakeholder management skills Excellent knowledge of MS Office Effective team management skills Ability to talk to clients for feedback as well as execute product pitches
Education:
Graduation/Post-Graduation Preferred Candidates from the Billing software or Billing POS/POS industry preferred.
