At Paytm Insider, we are looking for an experienced sales person who has worked in event / media sponsorship / ad sales to lead and influence a successful and experienced team.

Responsibilities

Activate & use existing relationships with brands and media buying agencies to deliver live entertainment led IP’s & events
Understand the salient values of Paytm Insider’s content/properties and identify brands to target for association.
Interpret brief from clients to understand the brand positioning, key Marketing Challenge, Brand/Initiative Objective and resources available to deliver a solution & quick turnaround
Develop and deliver a sales pitch to potential clients/brands.
Ability to work independently and achieve stretch targets

Requirements

6+ years of experience in brand sales and sponsorships with strong knowledge of the digital ecosystem is a must.
Skill set must include expertise in digital solution selling, pricing, brand-building initiatives, promotion, and campaign management.
Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Should be able to develop aesthetically appealing and data-driven presentations.
Ability to leverage relationships, build a strong network, and have effective negotiations.
Have the ability and willingness to work on potential prospects, cold call, negotiate, and close deals.
Self-motivated and revenue driven
A mix of Agency & Brand experience is preferred
