About the team: Bank Channel team drives business sourcing through banks by managing the relationship with banking partners, their Regional Heads / teams. Team is responsible for pitching the holistic Paytm Product Suite as an offering to partner banks & generate business through the Bank Channel / Branches.
About the role: As a Bank Sales Manager (BSM) role under Bank Business Development team, we are looking for candidates with 3+ years of experience in souring EDC business through Bank Branches. The candidate should have knowledge on working with Bank branches / officials / POS Sales Managers & should be proficient in building new relationships to generate maximum leads to drive the business targets.
Expectations/ Requirements
· Knowledge about EDC / Soundbox / QR payment mode is must
· Have handled managing new relationships
· Creative and dedicated individual who will fit with our collaborative culture
● Cohesively work with a lot of people, across functions and teams every day
● Collaborative with inter departments to drive POS / Payment Gateway / Soundbox / QR & other business
● Develop synergies with Retail channel to generate leads for Bank
● Develop Local strategies / initiatives to build relationships & scale Bank business
● Track Program/AOP performance, specifically to ensure achievement of short- and long-term goals
● Engage with various Technology / Support Teams within Paytm to identify issues & get those resolved
● Be a brand ambassador for Paytm
