About the role:

Experience in M.S. Excel , Good communication and written skills

1.MIS / Reports for clients

2.· Technical Support Calls

3· Technical Support Email

4· Troubleshooting customer technical issues and problems

5· Remote installations

6· Level 1 & 2 Support

7· Provide Investigation, diagnosis, resolution and ticket analysis

8· Maintain overall ownership of user’s issue & service ensuring that they receive

9· Resolution within a reasonable timeframe

10· Training

1.Good communication and written skills

2.Experience in MS. excel

3.Have a good typing speed

Any Bachelor or master degree
