1. The primary objective of this role is to drive business in the designated territory, by selling Paytm payments solution in the organized segment, with the goal of driving significant revenue and establishing brand positioning.
2. Bank Engagement to generate leads.
3. Incumbent will need to have experience in managing team. Also needs to identify, develop team & grow the business in the assign territory.
4. The candidate is expected to be well connected in the industry.
5. Ability to independently implement the sales plan.
6. Ensuring a healthy funnel for the business at any point of time
7. Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
8. Build, manage and scale a revenue pipeline with sales revenue on a monthly basis.
9. Mapping each key account with KAMs and maintaining a relationship at all levels.
