At Paytm Insider, this role involves identifying, managing & closing, inbound & outbound bulk ticketing sales for brands & institutions across the biggest sporting & entertainment shows in India & International markets.


  • Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects categorically and evaluating their position in the industry.
  • Working with internal stakeholders such as the Business, Client Management, Finance and Operations team to see the leads through from bring them on-board to the final execution of the same.
  • Sell products by establishing contact, developing relationships and meeting with prospects via cold calls and hot leads.
  • Building the sales funnel via regular follow ups.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
  • Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Encouraging repeat business through excellent customer service and inquiry handling


  • Candidates with 4-6 years of sales experience
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • High energy levels and go-getter attitude
