Regional Manager is responsible to build & train the team and drive service and business development for the assigned cities.

Ensure the motivation levels in the team and keep the team engaged for the long run.

Make sure to be on the field with the team and lead it from the front for acquisition, retention of payment solutions.

o Regional Manager needs to be an Graduate /MBA with at least 6 to 8 years of overall experience of which at least 4 years of team management role.

o Hierarchy is as follows:

FSE’s Reports to the Service TL

Service TL Reports to Area service Manager

Area service Manager Reports to Zonal Lead

Zonal Lead reports to the Regional Manager

Regional Manager reports to National Head
