Operating on this platform leverage, the company then offers credit services such as merchant loans, personal loans and BNPL, sourced by its financial partners.
Responsibilities
* Lead a team of SQL programmers focused on developing reports and dashboards in Metabase and Redash
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, helping them grow their skills and excel in their roles.
* Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define project requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions such as reports and dashboards.
* Be proficient in SQL and Excel
* Define and implement best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes for the team's deliverables.
* Collaborating across Growth, Marketing, Product teams across Paytm Money
Qualifications
* Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field.
* Proven experience (5+ years) in data analysis and 2 year of team leading experience.
* Strong proficiency in programming SQL, Excel.
* Solid understanding of statistical modeling, data mining techniques.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
